Details: Gracie Jiu-jitsu is grounded in self-defense. At Borras BJJ our curriculum is based around Helio Gracie's Master Text and the proven concept that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a larger, stronger assailant by using proper technique and leverage. Class is the place to relieve stress, learn and forget all of your worries. Anyone can learn and everyone is welcome! THE MORE YOU ROLL, THE MORE YOU ROLL! We provide a clean and safe training enviroment with a seating area for parents, changing rooms and a shower. In addition to classic Gracie Jiu-jitsu, Borras BJJ also offers MMA classes as well as traditional Boxing Classes.
