We opened our doors in Summer of 2019 and haven’t looked back since. Our mission is to change the lives of everyone who walks through our doors. We’re proud of the community we’ve built. And we hope that shows in our culture. Our academy is a great fit for all ages, experience levels and body types. It’s a great environment for the entire family. By joining our team, you’ll gain an awesome support system both on and off the mats. Our coaches are amongst the most qualified and credentialed not just in the city but in the world. Some of our accreditations include titles in prestigious events such as the IBJJF Pan-Am and World Championships, Fight 2 Win, Submission Hunter Pro, ADCC, UFC and many more. We also have a great extended support system through the Renzo Gracie network of schools that will allow to train city and state wide, along with many other cities globally. Every day is a great day to begin or continue training with us at Renzo Gracie Lake Houston. We are open seven days a week, offering martial arts and fitness classes for all ages and skill levels.

Kids Program Detail: To excel in any endeavor, individuals need to have a strong set of values and a solid character that gives them perseverance to achieve his or her goals. The Renzo Gracie Lake Houston KIDS BJJ Program was created to provide children ages 4-15 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect. As a contact sport, Renzo Gracie Lake Houston Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides a very challenging yet safe and caring environment for a child to mature towards becoming a real life champion, on and off the mats. The outcome of continued childhood practice of RGLH BJJ goes far beyond their accomplishments within competition and martial arts. The discipline and excellence demanded by our instructors often carry over to the child’s behavior at home, at school and well into adulthood. Our RGLH Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program is typically subdivided in three different groups to accommodate students of different ages and skill levels: Tiny Champions (4-6 years old), Little Champions (7-8 years old), Little Warriors (7-13 years old), RGLH Teens (13-15 years old) * may also participate in adult BJJ class with instructor approval.
