Kids Program Detail: The kids class is a group where children and teenagers can build bonds of friendship while they learn Jiu Jitsu. This martial art improves discipline and respect for themselves and others. It also helps them to have emotional balance and discover their strengths. Our goals are: Developing discipline, following directions, and thinking about the consequences of their decisions. Developing self-confidence and respect for others. Improving coordination, agility, flexibility, balance, and physical conditional. Learning and improve techniques each class. Breathing control to face difficult situations and make better decisions.
