Kids Program Detail: At CTA, we hope your child's training with us will last a lifetime. We will help your child achieve their full potential by increasing their self-esteem and confidence while teaching effective martial arts. Studies show that Kids who enroll in martial arts tend to have better grades, higher self-esteem, learn to develop personal discipline, and understand the importance of goal-setting - all while having fun! The class is divided by experience and ability to ensure that everyone develops at the appropriate pace: Our CT Kids I program ensures that all of our youth students start with a foundation of proper movement, self defense skills, and of course Jiu-Jitsu! Class begins with a brief warm-up, followed by one of our structured "CT-A" Introductory Lesson Plans, then wrapped up with a short game to promote both teamwork and competition. CT Kids II is for our more experienced students and where we really begin to explore and expand our technique. This class moves at a faster pace and covers our "CT-B" Fundamental Lesson Plans which begin to address strategy, opponent reactions, and so much more!
