Details: Combat Base Sulphur Springs is a premier Martial Arts and Fitness Training Center dedicated to teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to adults and kids of all ages. Our goal is to empower individuals with the confidence to defend themselves, improve their fitness levels, and help people become the best versions of themselves through martial arts and fitness training. Our Jiu Jitsu programs (adults and kids) are led by two 1st degree black belts, Shane and Allen Rose. Shane and Allen are one of the few father and son black belts to ever be promoted together on the same day. Shane and Allen were awarded their black belts from Alan Shebaro (Combat Base Texas) who is a black belt under Chris Hauteur (Combat Base Head). We are a Combat Base affiliate gym under Hauteur and Shebaro. With over two decades of combined experience, our coaches have been around the Jiu Jitsu scene for a very long time. In addition to all classes being taught by black belts, our upper belts and assistant instructors help you every step along the way. We were all new once and we understand that….just take that first step and everything will be okay. You’ll be glad you started! We strive to provide the best possible martial arts instruction to all of our students, beginner to advanced. Whether you want to compete, get in shape, learn self defense, or just embark on a new hobby…we can help you reach your goals. We have multiple classes to choose from per day as well as evening, lunch, and weekend training availability.

Kids Program Detail: Combat Base offers world class instruction and training programs for kids ages 4 and up. Jiu Jitsu teaches kids self defense, discipline and respect. Not only will your child develop the skills necessary to defend themselves, they will also be instilled with the many qualities that Martial Arts has to offer: discipline, respect, work-ethic, perseverance, and many other qualities kids need to be successful on and off the mats. Our Kids Program is for ages 4 through 12 and no experience or prior martial arts experience is necessary. All classes are beginner friendly. We have kids from all athletic backgrounds and walks of life in our Jiu Jitsu program, Jiu Jitsu is for every kid!
