Details: BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the opponent. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments. However it can be used in some self-defense situations and does serve its purpose. We have a much laid back and fun atmosphere. We train hard but we have a lot of fun as well. Stop in and see for yourself. We are family oriented have many parents that train with your children

Kids Program Detail: Classes include techniques, physical drills, games, and live training. At our academy, we emphasize not only the fundamental technical elements of martial arts, but also on character development. In each class, our instructors reinforce the value of being helpful, self-disciplined, and respectful–both in and out of the academy.
