Details: Located in Missouri City, TX, our academy is one of many Rilion Gracie Jiu-Jitsu branches found across the world. All of our instructors are highly trained in both sport Jiu Jitsu and self defense techniques, and want to spread their knowledge to you. Since being founded by Carlos Gracie Sr. in the 1920’s, Jiu Jitsu has proven many times over to be the most effective martial art in the world.

Values such as respect and confidence learned on the mat seep into every aspect of life. Not only do our classes teach these lessons to your child, they do it in a fun and engaging environment. Our instructors weave these lessons into each class using games and exercises that teach both self defense technique and life skills.
