Details: The martial art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu or often referred to a BJJ is a style of grappling and ground fighting. BJJ focuses on utilizing core techniques to control an opponent that causes him or her to submit. Our students will increase their fundamental movement, skill set, and knowledge in order gain confidence in their ability to protect themselves on the ground.

Kids Program Detail: Our kids programs are designed to introduce Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu concepts and to aid in motor development. Our curriculum consists of fun, fast-paced games along with interactive drills to teach the next generation of BJJ practitioners fundamental movements and beginner techniques to ensure a strong foundation and greater understanding of Jiu-Jitsu.
