Details: With classes for men, women and children of all ages, fitness and experience levels we have something for everybody. Our 5,000 square foot facility is equipped with a large Brazilian Jiu Jitsu area, spacious workout area, dressing rooms, showers and a separate Muay Thai Box Academy.

Kids Program Detail: Our kids classes are designed to above all provide a safe and caring environment, yet challenging enough to build your kids confidence in their jiu jitsu and most importantly in themselves. The product of consistent training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu go well beyond over their accomplishments on the mat. The discipline and excellence demanded and most often required by jiu jitsu training will often carry over into a positive behavior at home and school. Our kids classes are broken into two different age groups: Age group 1: 5 - 9; Age group 2: 10 - 15

Woman Only Program Detail: The female only class is designed for ladies and girls who are looking to get fit, have fun while learning basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques and self-defense skills.
