Details: Mori Training Center is a martial arts school that teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, and MMA (mixed martial arts). We are located at 3733 S 250 W Ogden, UT right behind the Newgate Mall. We are a family friendly facility. Our Jiu Jitsu academy is one of the few that teaches self defense Jiu Jitsu. You won't find a more welcoming environment to take classes.

Kids Program Detail: The hunt for activities kids can be frustrating. There's no better choice than Jiu Jitsu. Classes will help your child learn structure and focus. One hour classes help develop strong problem solving skills as they learn to perform complex movements. Jiu jitsu requires a partner to practice this helps teach teamwork. The partnership will also help your child make friends inside and outside the gym. It will help them become more competitive and balanced through supervised sparring. Some people are looking for something to enroll their kid in outside of wrestling season Jiu Jitsu is an excellent choice. Classes will help students combine the explosiveness of wrestling with the strategy and control of Jiu jitsu. This activity is also a great release for energetic kids as it requires a good amount of physical activity this makes it great for their health as well as a good release for their frustration.
