Details: At Wasatch Combat Sport we focus on the development of skills and characteristics. Not only will your child be learning Jiu-Jitsu self-defense and submissions. They will be learning about honesty, health, respect and many other valuable characteristics. No matter their experience level our trained staff will help them to learn and progress as Jiu-Jitsu students & citizens.

Kids Program Detail: At Wasatch Combat Sports we pride ourselves on the quality and value of our kid's program. With more kids classes per week than any other gym, we are the best value with a top of the line training staff. 5-9yrs - Between the ages of 7-9, we focus on building on what they have learned and help to continue to build good habits. They start to get more technical with their kicks and elbows. During class, the staff goes over valuable characteristics like; respect, honesty, health, and integrity. Watch as your child grows and becomes a better student, athlete and citizen. 9-13yrs - Our teen classes incorporate all of the techniques that they have learned and groups them all together. Light sparring is supervised and allows them to practice on a moving target. As their confidence builds they are welcome to join local competitions. With the incorporation of all techniques, they are able to do more complicated combos and start working on counters and defensive strategies.

Woman Only Program Detail: Our Womens CombatFit class is a women’s only class that is sure to motivate and be fun at the same time. This class is a combination of bag work strength training and cardio work. The positive and uplifting environment is infectious and motivating and is sure to put a smile on your face. Each workout is creative and different making for a new and exciting class each time. Meet new people and make new friends while investing in your personal health.
