Kids Program Detail: We'll teach your kids the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu in a safe and fun environment. Activities will revolve around team building activities, mutual respect, and progressive learning. We do not teach striking or joint locks for safety reasons. Example activities: Partner warm-ups: bear crawls, koala walks, puppet walks; Team relay races: turtle rolls, leap frog; Partner BJJ technique drills; Supervised sparring; Group stretching. Give your child an opportunity to learn skills and make friends for a lifetime!

Pricing: Adult: Our base price is $155 per month for unlimited classes every week. Kids: The price of the kid's program is $120 per month.
