Our curriculum has something for everyone, regardless of experience, age or gender, as well for competitors and hobbyists. Whether your goal is to get a good workout, learn something new, or win the next tournament, we have classes for you. We are located in the Village at Shirlington, which is accessible to commuters and residents of Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Alexandria, Washington DC, Falls Church, Springfield, and Annandale.
