Kids Program Detail: In the Bully Shield program we first teach kids the skills needed to stand up against bullies. Facing a bullying situation without knowing how to properly handle it can crush a kid’s confidence and the negative repercussions can be felt all the way to adulthood. This may be a kid’s first test on how real life can be beyond the safety of home and parents. It’s important that they are equipped with a set of tools that will help them manage the situation and avoid getting caught by surprise.

Woman Only Program Detail: One of the main tenants of Jiu-Jitsu is to empower the weak and make them capable of defending themselves against bigger and stronger assailant. Under this premise, Jiu-Jitsu is the perfect tool for women to feel safe and confident in their ability to fend off an attacker. Jiu-Jitsu is a close contact art and some of the positions can trigger past traumatic events for some women; that’s why we created the Warrior Women course, where women can feel comfortable training with each other.
