Details: Tech MMA & Fitness Academy offers a variety of dynamic classes that will push your mental and physical limits, enabling personal growth and physical progress well beyond the scales. At Tech MMA, we don’t just casually work out, hit a few sets, and barely break a sweat. We work, and we work hard, so that you can achieve the progress you are looking for. We also realize that people come to us from a variety of starting points, so our instructors can offer alternate variations of exercises to accommodate your situation. The important thing is that you are start, and regardless of where you are physically, our coaches can help you move towards your goals.

Kids Program Detail: Our youth instructors are professional athletes and coaches. They teach a huge variety of skills, including kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and wrestling! Tech MMA’s kids classes include drills, supervised sparring and rolling, and a challenging fitness program. We explicitly teach anti-bullying and general safety. Little Dragons (ages 5-7) classes 2 days a week; youth (ages 8-12) classes 5 days a week.
