Kids Program Detail: We have classes for ages 3 years old and up! From focusing, to goal setting, to self-discipline, to self-respect – our Kids Jiu Jitsu program changes kids for the better, and their parents couldn’t be Happier! Here at Diego Bispo Academy, we truly believe Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the greatest Martial Art for Kids. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a non-violent Self- Defense System created to leverage the opponent’s force against them self. Unlike many other forms of martial arts, Jiu Jitsu does not use punching or striking, but uses leverage and submission. This actually gives the smaller practitioner an advantage other martial art forms do not. Our advanced curriculum focuses a heavy amount on competition training and strategies. We truly believe our kids competition team is one of the best in the world! Whether it’s at a local or national level, the amazing results of the kids continue to show the quality of instruction. If your child is a competitor or you want to get you kid into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions, We are the right academy for you. We provide a clean and safe facility with constant hands on instruction to help your child grow in all areas of life. Woman Only Program Detail: Although women attend all of our Jiu Jitsu classes, this is a great class to train with only women! This class is taught by female brown belt, Kaitlyn Wonder. If you are a female wanting to get in shape, improve health, learn self defense and new skills while having fun or looking for a great community of other women to support you, this class is for you!
