Details: Manassas Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has the area’s original and longest standing BJJ program. Led by Head Coach and Third Degree BJJ Black Belt Douglas Esposito, we have been training people just like you in our current location for over fifteen years. We have the area’s only dedicated no-gi program for those who want to train for the fast moving sport of submission wrestling. Led by BJJ Black Belts and grappling champions Christian Banghart and Michael Kastroba this program is designed to take you from beginner to advanced.

Kids Program Detail: Children are like sponges. They absorb things quickly and easily – far more easily than we do as adults. In fact, parents can sometimes see a difference in their kids after just one Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Each additional class they attend increases their knowledge and growth. Not only are they getting healthier as they learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, they’re also learning the value of self-discipline and respect. When you enroll your child in a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, you’re giving them much more than the physical skills we teach. You’re giving them the opportunity to thrive.
