Details: Montpelier Martial Arts - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a group of martial artists, located in the central Vermont area, dedicated to providing affordable training in a safe, traditional environment for the study of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi grappling, Wing Chun Gung Fu, Muay Thai, kick-boxing, and self-defense. Our objective is to guide students in their martial arts studies to achieve their self-perfection and self-protection goals.

Kids Program Detail: Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is designed to introduce your child to the basics of realistic self-defense, with an emphasis on anti-bullying techniques, in a safe and supportive atmosphere. The class promotes self-esteem, discipline, cooperation with other children, respect for peers and adults, perseverance, and overall health and well-being. We structure each class to challenge kids in fun and innovative ways.
