Kids Program Detail: Bring your kids in and give them the opportunity to learn self-defense and fitness. Our coaches will work with them to learn how to protect themselves and have fun doing it. Our ages range from 5-16 on a case by case basis.

Woman Only Program Detail: We offer a women's only self defense class. This class will help teach you to neutralize and defend attacks against women. It is absolutely free and open to the public!!
