Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) has gained a lot of attention in recent years, and it’s pretty obvious why. BJJ stands apart from other martial arts due to its focus on grappling, rather than the kicking and punching that characterize disciplines such as Karate and Taekwondo. BJJ is known to improve fitness levels, prepare its practitioners for situations requiring self-defense, and relieve stress.

Pricing: Kids BJJ (minimum age 5) - $130 per month - 3 times per week (Mon/Wed/Sat or Tues/Thurs/Sat), $150 per month - 5 times a week; Kickboxing/MMA Only - $130 per month; Jiu Jitsu Only (Gi and No Gi) - $130 per month; Full Membership (Includes all adult classes) - $150 per month
