Details: The goal at 360 is to create a family and share our passion with anyone who is interested in learning what many consider the most effective martial art ever created. BJJ is great for anyone whether your goal is to learn self-defense, compete, reduce stress, build confidence or to simply get in phenomenal shape while having fun. Our brand of Jiu-Jitsu offers a unique and dynamic approach that focuses on modern Jiu-Jitsu as well as the traditional aspects of the art. We can promise you will receive high quality instruction in a challenging, yet friendly training environment. Our mission is to have our students become well versed in each area of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and become better individuals both on and off the mat. Our members are learning how to incorporate fitness and martial arts into a healthier lifestyle.

Kids Program Detail: We are teaching the kids to become leaders while promoting a healthy lifestyle through Jiu-Jitsu. Our goal is to reinforce important life skills such as confidence, focus, discipline, courtesy, and respect through a series of class room instruction and functional drilling. Our class sizes are approximately twelve to fifteen kids who are overseen by two to three coaches.
