Details: We offer comprehensive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children and adults of ALL skill levels. Our experienced Black Belt instructors will provide you with skills that are realistic for self-defense, effective for competitions and great for increasing fitness and confidence levels in a safe and welcoming environment.

Kids Program Detail: Kids Ages 5+ (GI) - This class is designed for Kids Ages 5+ and focuses on the foundational concepts and techniques of BJJ/Self Defense, as well as, our character development and Anti-Bully Program. Within this class Kids will be introduced to techniques, grappling games and live positional drills, so they learn how to apply what they’ve learned in more realistic scenarios. This class does require a BJJ Gi (Uniform). However, students may attend their first few classes without a Gi. Kids Ages 10+ - This class is designed for Kids Ages 10+ and focuses on developing strong fundamental BJJ techniques and strategies. This class incorporates more Live Drills and Live Rolling (Sparring). We motivate our Ages 10+ Kids to be more disciplined in their training, and accountable for their participation and personal growth. This class is offered in both Gi (Uniform) and No-Gi (Shorts & T-shirt/Rashguard). Teenagers (13+) will typically move into our Adult Intro BJJ and Adult Essential BJJ Classes.

Pricing: Part-Time Membership (5 classes per month) ($80.00 per month). UNLIMITED Membership ($130.00 per month) Sign Up. All Membership prices are the same for Kids or Adults. Kids may start as young as 5 years old. Teenagers (13+) will typically attend our Adult Classes. All Memberships are “Month to Month” and auto-renew on the 1st of each month. No hassle cancellations. All we ask is for 30 days notice to cancel.
