Details: Located on Water St. just off of Business Hwy 151 going through Platteville, WI, Ivy Jiu-Jitsu Academy is in a open and welcoming facility. The academy has a spacious waiting area, men's and women's changing areas, and a large mat that accommodates our growing group classes.

Kids Program Detail: Gracie Bullyproof is a non-violent, self-defense based program that will give your child the confidence and the tools to stand up for themselves. We teach children to diffuse confrontations with verbal assertiveness and to neutralize a threat without punching or kicking if they are attacked. Essentially, we teach your children to fight fire with water.

Woman Only Program Detail: In this 15-lesson program, we will teach you how to neutralize the 20 most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant. Each one-hour Women Empowered lesson addresses two techniques. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience. Unlike most self-defense systems that rely heavily on strength, speed, and coordination, the techniques in the Women Empowered program employ leverage, technique, and timing, so anyone, regardless of age or athletic ability, can make them work against larger opponents.
