Kids Program Detail: Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are specially designed to teach your child: self defense/bully proofing, self-confidence, respect, concentration, teamwork. In addition to the emotional and mental improvements, kids learn motor movement at a very early age. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu challenges the entire body, developing coordination, balance, agility and poise. These traits are often neglected and not fully developed in team sports. By starting children in Jiu-Jitsu they learn how to fall properly, and how to initiate movement patterns that are inherent to life and any sport they might choose down the road. All accomplished in a fitness driven, hygienic and fun-packed environment! No matter what level your child is at, our classes are easy to adapt to. Allow our highly experienced Kids’ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors help your child develop physical and mental abilities skills that can be carried on inside and outside of the school!
