Kids Program Detail: We run our Kid's Martial Art's Program in 8 week sessions. Children will learn techniques and drills the first 5 weeks of each session. The 6th week they will put the techniques they learned into action and the 7th and 8th week they will work towards their next rank in a standardized test.

Other Programs Available: Muay Thai / Kickboxing, Sixel's 30 Circuit Fit, MMA
