Details: Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is the first in our state. Established in 1996, our program developed from the hard work ethos of grassroots training. Our focus on self-defense and strong competition finds its roots in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that was developed and used in Vale Tudo (No Hold Barred) competition. This makes our BJJ a solid foundation for Mixed Martial Arts competition and Grappling competition. It also means our BJJ program is perfect for anyone interested in competition, self defense, or just looking to get into a physical hobby for fun and fitness.

Kids Program Detail: It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.
