Details: Jackson Hole MMA is Jackson Hole's premier Mixed Marital Arts facility. We offer Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for self-defense and competition, women's self-defense and fitness classes, along with kids programs and cardio. We also offer competitive Mixed Marital Arts classes.

Kids Program Detail: Jackson Hole MMA and Fitness offers children and youth classes in Kick Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our classes are structured to promote fitness, self defense, body control and confidence in a fun and positive atmosphere, with controlled and fun full contact drills and sparring overseen by one of our coaches. Martial arts promotes wellness, physical fitness, and confidence, and it’s our pleasure to teach your child skills that will benefit them throughout their entire life. Both our Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs follow a belt promotion system based on participation, competency, and command of the training material. All of our young team mates are encouraged to work hard, have fun, and be team players. Parents are often allowed to participate with their students as well. Any child 6+ of all skill and fitness levels are invited to come try a class.
