Details: Here at Caique Jiu Jitsu we want to not only teach great Jiu Jitsu but also a great lifestyle. We want to develop great Jiu Jitsu students but also we want you to develop character, confidence, and increase your self-esteem. Our view on Jiu Jitsu is simple; we want to teach our students to first and foremost defend themselves against a larger, more athletic attacker, and that is the basis of Jiu Jitsu and our highest priority. The self-defense aspect of Jiu Jitsu should always come first. Jiu Jitsu was born to enable a smaller and weaker person to defeat and defend against a larger, stronger opponent in a real situation. Keeping that in mind all of our programs embody and emphasize that idea. Our main goals for our students are to: Develop a strong foundation in Jiu Jitsu; Always emphasize self-defense; Work closely with our students to develop fitness, confidence and honor; Introduce the great art of Jiu Jitsu in a clean, friendly and safe environment
