Kids Program Detail: The Arena offers a highly successful and rewarding kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. Our graded training syllabuses allow the students to develop Jiu-Jitsu concepts and establish a level of personal fitness while developing gross motor skills and proprioception. Whilst our main focus is on developing self discipline and having fun, the opportunity still exists for competition, if the child and parent wish. The Classes are split into Minis (ages 5-8) and Juniors (ages 9-13). The Focus is on introducing the children to Jiu Jitsu concepts, positioning and control as well as practical applications.
