We offer Boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs. Our boxing classes incorporate a functional, interval-based, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimen that is rooted in the fundamentals of boxing. Known as "the gentle art" Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that will arm individuals with the skill to control an opponent, fairly larger in size and strength, and subdue them. The programs are taught be well-experienced trainers, some of whom are elite competitors in their sport.
