Kids Program Detail: Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is designed for kids (from 5-10 years old) and for teens (from 11-15 years), focusing on the mental and physical education of the youth. We teach them defensive techniques to develop self confidence, discipline and also important life values to resolve conflicts without violence.
