Kids Program Detail: Our kids’ classes provide children ages 5 and up with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect. And, as a contact sport, BJJ provides a very challenging yet safe and caring environment for a child to mature and grow as jiu jitsu lessons often go far beyond the accomplishments on the mats.
