Woman Only Program Detail: Strength Classes - Train your body, mind and spirit in a no judgment and supportive atmosphere. Enjoy a mix of traditional strength training and functional fitness mixed with fun and challenging exercises to build your strength, balance and overall health. Cardio Kickbox - Build basic self defense skills and crush calories in this 1 hour cardio kickboxing class.
