Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is the perfect physical activity for kids. Kids will learn the martial art best designed to overcome larger opponents and to protect themselves without inflicting harm on others. More importantly, they will learn respect, discipline, teamwork, gain confidence, and form strong bonds. As a sport, kids will gain the opportunity to be part of a team and compete against other students all over the country.
