Kids Program Detail: Jiu-Jitsu and Karate Program: 4-6 Years Old - This class helps young children to take their first step into the world of martial arts by combining Machado Jiu-Jitsu an Karate. This helps them by developing balance and coordination and improving gross and fine motor skills. Jiu-Jitsu and Karate Program: 7-9 Years Old - 7-9 year olds will study a combination of Machado Jiu-Jitsu and Karate.
