At One|Ten Jiu Jitsu you will receive world class instruction, and an accelerated learning program to safely learn the art of jiu jitsu. One|Ten Jiu Jitsu provides students with a highly structured program which leads to an accelerated learning curve where students are able to thrive safely and according to their specific personal attributes. Students are able to see what technique is being taught, view the actual technique taught in the weekly class at any time (even if you miss class…. Why did you miss class?), and also view live footage of the technique applied in self defense/competition footage.

Kids Program Detail: My kids program is designed to promote self confidence, and for the kids to enjoy being on the mat. Areas of focus include, self-defense, discipline, competition, bullying, scenarios, and physical fitness.
