Kids Program Detail: This 60-minute class is for 6-13-year-olds. A combination of technique instruction and positional drills will teach the students the fundamentals of BJJ. The students will learn discipline and hard work, while increasing physical fitness under our coaches' tutelage. Based on our experience, we believe that at age 6 is the optimal time to begin teaching children the basics of BJJ. However, we are willing to allow some exceptions for 5-year-olds, based on our coaches’ assessments after a period of trial classes.
