Kids Program Detail: Kids 4-7 - This program was designed in a fun way to introduce kids to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and clean environment as well as help them develop coordination, agility, and flexibility. Our focus is helping children learn the basic movements and beginner techniques while having fun with games carefully selected to optimize the learning process. This program will give your child a strong foundation and better understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and prepare them for the next levels. Youth 8-13 - This program is designed to develop all the skills learned in the children’s classes. Children will be empowered with invaluable self-defense skills. We emphasize the importance of implementing core values in everyday life and preparing students to deal with adversities that may arise, such as bullying and other types of violence. In addition to releasing energy while learning through discipline and focus, they will also be part of a unique community where they can find future friends and life mentors.

Woman Only Program Detail: While women are encouraged to attend any and all of our classes, we wanted to create something that is specifically catered to the amazing women at White 2 Black. We developed an effective set of classes to help introduce women to the art of Jiu-Jitsu and is designed to teach women how to defend against any attacker – even those who are significantly larger in size and any potentially threatening situations and face everyday life with self-confidence. More than learning how to protect themselves in risky situations, women receive psychology-based techniques; develop self-control, focus, attention and decision-making to be ready to react safely. Our martial arts classes for women include Rape Prevention, Jiu-Jitsu Conditioning and even social “get together” so you can swap Jiu-Jitsu tips and techniques with other like-minded women. We offer a sense of community that is unparalleled by any other martial arts studio in the world. We welcome our community to join and learn the most effective self-defense techniques and improve your fitness routine in a safe, challenging environment.
