Details: Although Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is the most effective martial art on planet, it is a relatively young martial art. Lacking a standardized curriculum, it is common practice, at BJJ schools around the world, for techniques to be presented in complete randomness. Each day, the instructor shows up to class, having no clue what to teach, and asks the students: “What do you guys want to do?” as if the students know better than he does, as to what should be practiced. Learning in such an unorganized environment can be extremely frustrating and overwhelming. New students almost always feel left behind since the techniques are usually tailored to meet the needs of the more advanced students. In most cases, students experience a sensation known as “Technique Overload” and end up quitting within 3 to 5 months of enrolling, and when they do, the instructor believes that the student’s lack of discipline is to blame. What they fail to realize is that when a student quits, the problem lies not within the work ethic of the student, or the techniques of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but within the format in which BJJ is being taught. We believe self defense starts with the belief that we are worth defending. For this reason, our curriculum is designed with self defense in mind first, not only physical self defense, but mental self defense as well. Our programs include, Crypto Kids (kids program 5-8), Blockchain Club (kids program 8-14), Crypto Basics (adult beginner program), She’s Trending (women only), Advanced Crypto (blue to black belt program) and Crypto Survival Tactics for Law Enforcement.

Kids Program Detail: Lil Bits (4-7 Years Old) - The Lil Bits program is for kids 4-7 years old (we offer private lessons for children ages 3-4). Using our time-tested “Crypto Games,” we teach the Lil Bits basic self-defense techniques while instilling the foundational principles of leverage and control. The secret to the success of this program is that we make the lessons so fun that the kids beg for more! Once a child masters all ten Crypto Games, they advance to the Big Bits program. Big Bits (8-12 Years Old) - In the Big Bits program, we focus on 33 non-violent self-defense techniques that teach children to “neutralize and negotiate” with the bullies. Verbal assertiveness strategies are a major portion of this curriculum. A child needs absolutely no experience to start, and we guarantee a noticeable increase in your child’s confidence within a few weeks! Blockchain Club (Invitation Only) - We invite children who excel in the Big Bits program to join the Blockchain Club. This is our most advanced youth jiu-jitsu program and joining the Blockchain Club is the highest honor for any youth Crypto Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Kids in this program possess all the traits necessary for success on the path to black belt: discipline, respect, courage, leadership, loyalty, and compassion.

Woman Only Program Detail: Shes Trending is the official Crypto Jiu Jitsu self-defense program for women based on the techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In this 25-lesson program, we will teach you how to neutralize the most common attacks ranging from having your hair grabbed to being pinned to the ground by a weapon-bearing assailant. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience.
