We provide training and classes in Boxing, Sparring, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ No Gi, Judo, Muay Thai, MMA, Kids Martial Arts, Freestyle Wrestling, Kettlebell Fitness, Movement, Combat Strength & Conditioning & Yoga. We offer a wide variety of classes to suit everyone in all stages of life. Whether you are a professional fighter, fitness addict or just a casual gym-goer looking for something new all are welcome to check out the M1FC experience. All classes are taught in a fun and supportive environment tailored to people of all ages, gender and skill levels.
