Kids Program Detail: Our Little Champs Program was created to provide children ages 4-6 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect. In this 50 minute class we introduce fundamental jiu jitsu heavily focused on self defense. While also dedicating class time to their physical development as well. In this class we “hide” much of the physical movements into more kid friendly terms and games. The GBK Juniors Program was created to provide children ages 7 to 11. This class introduces self defense jiu jitsu as well as some sport and competition techniques. Children at this age are introduced to basic submissions and we take a more direct approach to their skills development.

Woman Only Program Detail: The Gracie Barra Women’s Program combines a comprehensive self-defense curriculum with an emphasis on drill that simulate realistic attack and escape situations. As a martial art designed to allow the weaker to defeat the stronger, BJJ is a perfect fit for women who are interested in learning how to protect themselves.
