Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great activity for kids that provides an endless amount of value and lessons that children can carry with them on and off the mat. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program aims to help the children with: Learning and showing respect; Increase in confidence; Increase in focus; Self defense; Fitness; Teamwork; Goal setting; Bully prevention And much more... In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, no child sits out. Every child is progressing at their own pace and reaching their goals through individual efforts while being in a team environment. Our kids program teaches them how to protect themselves without striking or hurting someone, rather just control the situation while staying as safe as possible.
