Details: Our vision is to create a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training academy/team in Vista that is in a category of one. We run our school as a true martial arts academy. The tenants of our school are what will separate us from the competition. We are not in this to “make a living” we are in this to make a difference. And we are humbled and excited at the opportunity to make a positive impact on anyone’s life. Whether you’re just looking to get in shape or ready to compete at the World Championships, we are 100% behind the individual needs and goals of each of our students. We have beginner and advanced classes for adults and youth. We feel strongly about supporting our police and military, and we have classes specifically tailored to their needs.

Kids Program Detail: Jiu-jitsu will enrich the lives of our children and shape them in all aspects of their lives. Our anti-bully program is designed to target kids that may have been victims and turn them into superheroes. The discipline, confidence, respect, honor, and self-esteem that it produces is priceless. We divide our kid’s classes into two categories. We have our “Little Pandas” class that is for 4-8 year olds. And our “Little Samurais” class that is for 8-14.

Woman Only Program Detail: Our women's self defense classes are designed for women to be able to defend against a stronger attacker. The techniques that we teach include everything from unarmed combative skills to weapons self-defense to street fight self-defense. We empower women through increased awareness and confidence in self-defense situations, and we have a lot of fun together, too! We also believe in empowering our youth through anti-bully techniques to prepare them to defend themselves in worst-case scenarios (we also offer full kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programs). The goals of our programs are to learn techniques necessary to defend yourself in real-life stations through a safe and friendly environment. No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.
