Details: Gracie Barra Tarzana was established in July 2019. We opened our doors to the community welcoming all to one of the finest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu establishments in Los Angeles. Not only do we train with the best at all levels, but we offer a family-like environment that can be felt when walking through the door. We provide the highest levels of service from instruction, cleanliness, and organization. Kids Program Detail: Our Gracie Barra Youth Program is designed to teach children self-discipline and provide a sense of community. Children over the age of three can begin their training experiencing the true power of camaraderie and integrity. Our GB Youth Program is structured similarly to adult courses, with adaptations made to reach the different age ranges in the class. Jiu-Jitsu classes for children begin with the building blocks that are needed to teach the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. We have developed a curriculum that is structured in a way that shows children and teens the value of routine, cooperation and self-awareness and offers real-world benefits.
