Kids Program Detail: The Gracie Barra Kids & Teens Program is designed to build the next generation of leaders by instilling our core values of Brotherhood, Integrity, and Development through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Ranging from 3-15 years of age, our 16 Week Curriculum is designed to teach the complete art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curated to specific age groups, to better help students succeed and foster an optimal learning environment. The goal for all of our programs is to strengthen behavior and listening skills, boost focus during group activities, improve physical coordination and strength, develop self confidence and communication skills, and establish positive routines.

Woman Only Program Detail: The Gracie Barra Womens Program is designed by leading women in Gracie Barra, for women, that incorporate several adaptations and specific techniques to develop women physically, mentally, and technically to be prepared to join the GB1 class after 8 weeks. Our goal is to build a community of women where they can thrive, learn, and empower themselves and others. In this program we meet the specific learning needs of women who want to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our coaches will introduce Jiu-Jitsu in a safe environment and build a strong and empowering community, both on and off the mats.
