Kids Program Detail: Our Juniors Program provides a solid foundation in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with applications in sport and self defense. Juniors will learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu JItsu in a fun, safe environment through a series of drills, games and play. Advanced juniors are encouraged to explore beyond the basics, learning more advanced concepts, techniques and to begin controlled sparring.

Woman Only Program Detail: The Women's program is designed as an introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu particularly as it relates to self-defense. The goal of the program is to get women up to speed with the basic movements of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and eventually comfortable enough to train in the regular Adult's class. There is no mandatory timeline to move on to the Adult's Class and members are encouraged to come in on a weekly basis to learn new skills as well as to practice and hone those already learned.
