Our instructors lead by example and teach our students how to put in the work to pursue their goals. We give students the confidence to become hardworking leaders.There’s no reason to be intimidated here - our instructors are devoted to finding solutions for each student in order to ensure their success.

Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) isn’t just for adults. In fact, it’s the perfect activity for kids! When it comes to self defense, BJJ empowers a smaller individual to fight against a larger opponent. But the advantages don’t stop there – BJJ helps kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community full of future friends and mentors! Which is why we offer children’s programs for different age ranges and skill levels. At Hollister Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we offer several Youths Martial Arts Programs: Little Cubs BJJ (Ages 3-4), Cubs BJJ (Ages 5-8), Big Cubs BJJ (Ages 9-13), Youth Wrestling (Ages 4-12).
