Kids Program Detail: Our junior Jiu Jitsu program is thoughtfully divided into two age groups to cater to the specific developmental needs of our young learners. The first group, designed for children aged 5-8 years, focuses on introducing basic Jiu Jitsu techniques through fun and engaging activities that promote physical fitness, coordination, and early discipline. The second group, for children aged 9 and older, builds on foundational skills with more advanced techniques and strategies, emphasizing self-discipline, confidence, and respect.
