Woman Only Program Detail: We recognize that the barrier to entry in a grappling sport like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu may be higher for women, and so wanted to include a Women's BJJ program into our studio. The curriculum focused on technical proficiency, efficient techniques, and intelligent training in a female-only environment, and we hope to collaborate with other female grapplers on the Central Coast whenever possible. Whether you're a seasoned grappler or a newcomer, our program is designed to foster a positive and inclusive training environment, allowing you to enjoy the physical, mental, and social benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for years to come. Join us in embracing the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and find yourself on the mats.
