Kids Program Detail: In the Junior program, we focus on non-violent self-defense techniques that teach children to “neutralize and negotiate” with the bullies. Verbal assertiveness strategies are a major portion of this curriculum. A child needs absolutely no experience to start, and we guarantee a noticeable increase in your child’s confidence within a few weeks!

Woman Only Program Detail: This class is exclusively available to female practitioners of all levels. Sparring is optional. This class is dedicated as a space for women to share Jiu Jitsu and sharpen their skills with other female practitioners. It is also an excellent way to get a great workout and make friends, all while having lots of fun. ​
