As a GF Team Affiliate our approach builds on the foundation laid by GF Team and incorporates not only physical growth but helps build the mental, emotional and spiritual pillars of human growth. As a GF Team affiliate you will have access to world champion jiu jitsu practitioners and access to affiliate academies around the world. Bom Jitsu a veteran-owned and operated business, providing gym memberships to individuals and families to facilitate fitness and well-being to the community of Castle Rock and the surrounding area. Fitness will be accomplished through multiple fitness disciplines, including but not limited to weight training, functional movements, running, tension bands and other fitness disciplines for improved health, weight loss and increased physical performance. In addition, Bom Jitsu is an authorized distributor and acts as a retail supplier for Origin Maine fitness supplements, Jocko Products Discipline Go Energy Drinks, Monkey Tape sports tape and other fitness related apparel and accessories. Whether you've practiced before or you're completely new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we have a class for you! Get started in our Jiu Jitsu 101 class and get a full instructional course with the foundational tools you need, dive into our Fundamentals class to strengthen your BJJ core, or immerse yourself in the full curriculum of our Gi or No-Gi classes - whatever class you choose, you can't go wrong! Plus, we offer Kids Jiu Jitsu classes and Teen Jiu Jitsu classes to get the whole family involved and keep everyone practicing with someone their own size and level of skill.
